Dad woke me up at 7:30 to be part of the mother's day breakfast parade. Dad had made eggs benedict and lil & beth gathered a little bouquet of flowers from around our yard. We marched up to her room and exclaimed "Happy mother's day!!!" to wake mom up.
In church all the primary kids went up and sang sdf. It was really cute, but I'm glad that I'm not in primary anymore so I don't have to go up and sing with all the little kids. They also later handed out little bags of chocolate for the moms. I got mom to give me a chocolate. ^.^
Dad left right after church...so it was sad that he wasn't there for mother's day for mom.
Mom make smashed potatoes and pork chops and salad for dinner. It was yummy. Then we had orange cinnamon rolls for dessert. Yummilicious!
Happy Mother's Day to all the awesome moms and aunts and grandmothers in my life!
