Hurray! Everybody saw my blog! Hurray! I have been feeling kind of "lonely" if you could say that for a blog. I have been missing all you guys (or girls), and I wish I could go back. Bethie would not be very happy about that. Unless Ellie was there. Ellie really made Beth's summer. Whenever we would be driving on a 30-minute-or-more trip, she would say either "Are we going home?" or "Are we going to the beach house?", that last one mom would question "Why?" and sweet Liza Jane would reply "I just wanna see Ellie.".
Hmm...now what should I say...hmm...*ding* I've got it!
Thomas started building a fort out of choice boxes from the boxes mom hauled out of the attic with Lily. They actually got trapped up there, there were so many. They covered the entire ladder and floor around it. Me and T.H.O. had to dig them out. The fort was a "hallway" of boxes ended with a small circle of you-know-whats. Draped with a blanket. Actually two blankets. We put to use some of the smaller boxes as storage space for extra pillows and blankets. Lee-lee whined that we weren't sharing, so we had to make one for them upstairs with the "main room" under Lee-lee's bed. Sorry, I guess you guys have no clue I was talking about Lily, it just sounds like leelee.
Wishing...hmm...*blink**blink* oh, yes, wishing! Wishing for fairies, wishing for wings, wishing for- just kidding. But we (at least I think everyone else is) have been wishing to go to Janine & Brian's. And Cora's. Sorry, but the sweet little toddler is pretty much the main attraction. T.H.O. wants, well, really wants to see Cora ride her little rollercoaster. Janine, you should really, really videotape Cora in action. And we want to watch Cora jump in her--what was it?--oh yes, her bounce house.
Okay, now I have to do the more part...I mean the MORE part...or have I done that part yet? *sigh* Nevermind, I'll do that later.
I was thinking that the questions part came in the first paragraph, but here are some questions for you:
1. What is your favorite color?
2. Fav holiday?
3. Hmm...Favorite tree type?
4. Animal?
5. Videogame?
Okay, okay, you don't have to answer any of those if you really don't want to. Thomas, I really don't want to hear from you, especially about the videogame.
More...ugh...hmm...Lily is going into Kindergarten this autumn...is that good enough? Maybe? No? Darn...more...*sigh*...uuh, mom is making pizza today? Good, done. So there. I'm finished. Hurray! Hurray. Hur--ugh. I'm bored. Really bored. So please comment. Please. Oh, yes, and also please scroll down and read my poems. If you haven't read them. Or even if you have read them. Oh, whatever.

Well well well. You have been doing a lot lately. I LOVE forts, so yours sounds awesome! Thanks for updating us.
I sure can hear your thoughts "well" "um" "sigh" as you type away...
Thanks for finally finding a solution to the Lily-wants-the-biggest-box dilemma, Zanne.
I loved your story about Beth talking about Ellie. It is fun to have cousins, isn't it? We can't wait for you to come and say hi to us!
My favorite color is blue, and the only video game I ever play is Mario cart while I am with your sweet family.
Blue, Ash, Christmas, primates, Google
Thanks so much for sharing the story about Beth wanting to see Ellie. Ellie really wants to see Beth again too! And your writing makes me smile. You're the best! As for your questions:
1. Scarlet Red
2. Christmas (cliche I know)
3. Weeping Willow
4. have to think about that one
5. when I was a kid it was Frogger
