Chapter 1: The Box

The fairies had tried to trap the bad ones in a big, clear, glass box. It wasn't much help because whenever they opened the box to put more in, tons of black bubbles would explode out. Plus, they were banging and bouncing around the inside of the box like crazy, trying to get out. They decided to go to the fairy king, the bad ideas still pounding away at the huge, breaking, glass box. They had to go a long way, and with aching wings, they arrived at the palace.

I love the "with aching wings" part. I can imagine the difficult task of carrying that weird, fragile, heavy, wiggly, box! Are there too many "they"s in this paragraph though? I'm so easily confused...

Tyra:
Actually, they give up on the box and their "aching wings" are just from a long period of flying.
